Sites: Birger Jarlsgatan 2 & Nybrogatan 22
Contract: Internship, Full-time (or minimum 50%), non-paid
The Role
As a Product & Logistics Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow, structure, and communication across our ateliers and store locations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations teams - helping garments move efficiently from production to finished product and delivery process.
This is an on-premise role based in Stockholm, split between our Custom Made Atelier at Birger Jarlsgatan and our Hybrid Ready-to-Wear & Custom Made Store at Nybrogatan 22.
Key Responsibilities
Product Logistics: Handle, prepare, and update garments across both atelier locations, ensuring accuracy and structure at every stage.
Tailor Coordination: Support and manage logistics related to tailoring and alterations, ensuring smooth handovers and timely follow-ups.
Inventory Support: Assist with ready-to-wear stock handling, organization, and inventory updates.
Operational Structure: Maintain clear workflows for incoming and outgoing garments, fittings, and adjustments.
Communication & Reporting: Work in close daily contact with Sales and Customer Experience teams, providing clear updates and status reporting.
Quality Control: Ensure garments are correctly labeled, stored, and prepared according to BLUGIALLO standards.
Your Profile
Currently studying (or recently graduated) in fashion, textiles, logistics, operations, or a related field.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a structured, hands-on environment.
Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating between teams and locations.
Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Interest in tailoring, garment construction, and luxury fashion operations is a strong plus.
