Customer Service & E-Commerce Sales Associate (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Head Office, Birger Jarlsgatan 2, Stockholm

The Role
The role is an operational role, heavily focused towards delivering world-class customer experiences and seamless service across all channels — from our e-commerce to our showroom and digital touchpoints.
Your main responsibility will be to guide, support and inspire our customers in every step of their journey with us, while ensuring that our digital service and e-commerce experience is best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver outstanding customer service for e-commerce inquiries, via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring prompt, personalized, and professional support.
- Ensure a premium e-commerce experience by handling orders, returns, exchanges and follow-ups with care and precision.
- Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, supporting them in everything from product questions to fit guidance and tailoring needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer experience, both online and offline.
- Process and manage e-commerce leads, focusing on fueling our ECOM and Showroom Sales.
- Collaborate with the showroom, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate custom orders, fittings, returns, and exchanges.
- Track KPIs (e.g., response times, resolution rates, conversion metrics) and share insights to continuously optimize the customer experience.
- Take ownership of customer feedback and insights to help improve processes, tools and communication.
- Work structured and proactively with customer interactions and feedback (through our CRM) ensure the customer has a smooth journey with us.
- Occasionally assist with in-store or pop-up events when needed, helping reconnect e-commerce shoppers with BLUGIALLO’s physical experience.
Your Profile
- Service-minded with a genuine passion for people.
- Curious and open to using AI as a smart assistant, enhancing creativity, efficiency, and customer experience in daily work (previous experience is a plus).
- A polished, articulate communicator in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Wordpress experience a plus), CRM tools (Hubspot experience is a plus), chat systems, and order management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and confident multitasker with a solutions-driven mindset.
- A passion for styling and personalized customer service, whether guiding someone through fit, fabric, or other tailoring oriented experiences.
- Strong team collaborator who can thrive in a small, fast-paced environment.
- A natural brand ambassador with a sense of style and interest in fashion.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and/or e-commerce, preferably in high-end fashion, retail, or luxury.
- Experience from working with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is a merit as well as leveraging AI-tools as a daily support and for suitable tasks.
- A relevant educational background within service, retail, business or similar is advantageous but not required.
